We want you to launch your bilingual AI receptionist with confidence. If the AutoLeadCallback Kit isn't right for you, email hello@autoleadcallback.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full — no forms, no calls, no friction.

How to request a refund

1. Email us from the address you used at checkout.
2. Include the order ID from your Stripe receipt (starts with ch_ or pi_).
3. You'll get a confirmation reply within 1 business day; the refund posts to your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What's eligible

• The base AutoLeadCallback Kit ($47 founder).
• The Social Media Add-on, when bought together with the Kit.

What's not eligible

• Requests submitted after the 30-day window.
• Third-party fees you incurred separately (Vapi, Twilio, Stripe, Google, etc.).
• Chargebacks filed before contacting us — we ask that you give us a chance to refund directly first.

Continued access after refund

After we issue the refund, your license to use the Kit ends and you agree to delete any downloaded materials. We won't disable download links automatically; we trust you on this.
