These Terms govern your access to and purchase of the AutoLeadCallback Kit and related materials (the "Kit") from AutoLeadCallback (TODO: legal entity name) ("we", "us"). By purchasing or downloading the Kit you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

1. The Kit

The Kit is a downloadable bundle of prompts, scripts, templates, and instructions for setting up a bilingual AI receptionist for real-estate workflows. The Kit is provided digitally; no physical goods are shipped. The Kit is licensed, not sold.

2. License

Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Kit for your own real-estate practice or brokerage. You may not (a) resell, redistribute, or repackage the Kit, (b) share your download link with third parties, or (c) use the Kit to train a competing product. Brokerage-wide distribution requires a team license — contact us.

3. Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and charged once at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; the buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes or VAT not collected at checkout. Founder pricing is honored as displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery

After successful payment, the welcome email containing download links is sent within a few minutes. If you have not received it within one hour, check spam and then email hello@autoleadcallback.com.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy for details and how to request a refund.

6. Third-party services

The Kit instructs you to configure third-party services (Vapi, Twilio, Google, Stripe, and others). Their fees, terms, and reliability are independent of us. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or charges incurred on those services.

7. Disclaimers

The Kit is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific commercial result, lead volume, conversion rate, or income. Outcomes depend on your market, effort, and configuration. The Kit is not legal, tax, or real-estate compliance advice; consult your broker and local regulators.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Kit shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Kit lawfully and in compliance with TCPA, FCC, FTC, state-level telephone consumer protection rules, and your local real-estate licensing requirements, including providing required disclosures when using AI to interact with consumers.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Kit if you breach these Terms (including sharing or reselling). Sections that by their nature should survive termination (license restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability) do survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA (TODO: confirm), without regard to its conflict of law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the courts of that jurisdiction.
